We are looking for a business-oriented advertiser research specialist to identify small businesses actively running paid ads with visible website and client acquisition weaknesses. This is NOT a technical SEO role. This is NOT a generic lead scraping role. This is NOT a social media management position. We are specifically looking for someone who can: • identify businesses actively running paid ads • find verified decision-makers • collect accurate contact information • recognize obvious website weaknesses • identify businesses with improvement potential • maintain quality while working at scale You will identify businesses actively running paid ads, collect business contact data, verify decision-makers, and perform a brief website review to identify obvious weaknesses and improvement opportunities. This is a fast-paced, structured workflow focused on qualified advertiser research and business-relevant website observations — not giant technical audits or long consulting reports. IMPORTANT: Only very small owner-led local businesses qualify for this project. The smaller the business, the better. Franchises, multi-location businesses, medium-sized companies, larger organizations, and companies with a corporate structure are not valid leads and must be excluded. We care about: • accuracy • consistency • speed • attention to detail • and commercially relevant lead quality Project Structure • Initial fixed-price budget: $1,000 • 20 initial milestones • 1 milestone = 200 qualified leads ($50) • Expected completion time: within 24 hours per milestone • Ongoing long-term work possible for strong performance Important • Verified decision-maker is mandatory for each lead • Phone number is mandatory for each lead • Advertiser verification link is required for each lead • Email addresses and LinkedIn profiles should be collected whenever publicly available • A brief website quality assessment is required for each lead • We value quality, consistency, and speed • The workflow is structured and repeatable • Fast and reliable researchers may receive significantly more work over time To Apply Please include relevant advertiser research, lead generation, contact discovery, or website evaluation experience.
