Title: Affiliate Network Expert Needed for Dating / Creator Platform Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Network Expert / Affiliate Manager to help us find, contact, and manage affiliate traffic sources for our dating / creator-style platform with paid 1:1 video calls. Our platform is similar to creator platforms, but focused on dating, interaction, and live video calls. We are looking for someone who understands affiliate traffic and knows which networks, publishers, and partners could work for this type of platform. Main tasks: Research suitable affiliate networks for dating / creator / adult-friendly traffic Contact affiliate networks and traffic partners Help us prepare our offer, payout model, and tracking setup Advise us on CPA, CPL, revenue share, hybrid deals, and test budgets Identify strong affiliates, publishers, influencers, and traffic sources Help us understand compliance rules and traffic quality Support the setup of affiliate campaigns and partner communication Create a clear list of recommended networks and next steps What we need: Experience with affiliate networks Understanding of dating, creator, adult-friendly, or entertainment traffic Knowledge of CPA, CPL, RevShare, hybrid deals, EPC, CR, ROI Ability to contact and negotiate with networks or traffic partners Practical experience, not just theory Clear reporting and honest communication We are looking for someone who can help us build real affiliate partnerships and not just give general advice.
