Influencer and Marketing Partnership Specialist

We’re an established fintech software company with 3,500+ customers worldwide. Our product is an automated, third-party-verified (MyFXBook) trading strategy delivered as software. As we expand beyond paid social acquisition, we’re looking for a Partnerships & Affiliate Outreach Manager to help build a new growth channel through podcast sponsorships, affiliate partnerships, and white-label deals with trading and investing communities. About the Role This is a hands-on outreach and partnership development role. You’ll work from an initial example list of target podcasts and communities that we provide, then research, build, and expand additional qualified lists from there. Your focus will be identifying strong-fit partners, running outreach, booking calls, managing the pipeline, and helping move deals toward closure. What You’ll Do 1) Use the example target list we provide to research and build additional qualified lists of podcasts, trading communities, investing newsletters, Discord groups, and affiliate partners. 2) Run personalized outreach via phone calls, email and DMs using our approved messaging templates. 3) Send our media kit, follow up consistently, and book introductory partnership calls. 4) Maintain and update the partnership pipeline tracker with contacts, statuses, notes, and next steps. 5) Request audience metrics and media kits from potential partners and help qualify opportunities based on audience fit. 6) Support negotiations around affiliate, sponsorship, and white-label structures, including recurring revenue-share arrangements. 7) Coordinate internal handoffs for contracting and onboarding once partnerships move forward. 8) Provide weekly reporting on outreach activity, response rates, calls booked, and pipeline progress. What We’ll Provide 1) An example target list of podcasts and communities to use as a starting point. 2) A partnership pipeline tracker (spreadsheet/CRM format). 3) Phone calls, outreach email and DM templates. 4) A branded one-page media kit and product talking points. 5) Access to our team for support, strategy, and partnership call handoffs. What We’re Looking For 1) Proven experience in partnerships, affiliate management, sponsorship sales, or business development. 2) Skilled in cold outreach to influencers and external partners, consistently building strong professional relationships. 3) Demonstrated examples of partnerships or deals you’ve helped close. 4) Experience in SaaS, fintech, finance, trading, or investing-related products is strongly preferred. 5) Comfortable with outbound outreach and organized pipeline management. 6) Strong verbal and written communication skills in professional English. 7) Self-starter mentality with persistent follow-up and strong attention to detail. Bonus: existing relationships with podcast hosts, trading communities, creators, or affiliate networks in the finance space.
