Affiliate Site Operations (finances) + Payment Collection + Exit Prep (3-Month Contract)

** Overview We own an established Australian health & recovery product review site (DR 29, ~4,300 monthly organic visitors, 1,000+ keywords, monetized via affiliate partnerships). We're preparing it for sale and need an operator to (1) get our outstanding affiliate/publisher payments collected, (2) build clean financials, and (3) prepare the site for a broker listing. This is an operations and accounts-receivable role, not a content or growth role. ** Scope of work - Payment collection (priority): Audit all affiliate programs, networks, and private publisher/partner deals. Identify what's owed, chase outstanding balances, and get publishers to pay within the next 3 months. Set up reliable, automated payout tracking going forward. - Financial cleanup: Pull the last 12 months of revenue from every source into a single, clean monthly P&L (income by source, fees, any costs). Reconcile against bank deposits. Flag unreliable or at-risk revenue. - Monetization stabilization: Consolidate income onto reliable affiliate programs and assess/apply for a display-ad network (Mediavine, Raptive, or Ezoic) to make revenue automatic and verifiable. - Sale preparation: Package financials, traffic data (GA4 + Ahrefs), and operational docs into the format brokers require (Empire Flippers / Motion Invest / Flippa). Coordinate the broker valuation and listing. Note on scope: Content upkeep and day-to-day site maintenance are handled separately by another contractor. This role is strictly operations, payment collection, financial cleanup, and sale preparation — you will not be responsible for content or growth. ** Required skills - Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing and affiliate networks (collecting/reconciling payouts) - Bookkeeping / P&L preparation; comfortable with spreadsheets and revenue reconciliation - GA4 and Ahrefs literacy - WordPress basics - Strong written communication and follow-through (you'll be chasing payments and negotiating) - Reliable, organized, self-managing ** Nice to have - Prior experience preparing/selling content sites on Empire Flippers, Motion Invest, or Flippa
