Summary

We are a short-term/vacation rental hospitality company looking for a reliable, professional Virtual Assistant to handle after-hours guest communication so we can offer true 24/7 coverage. You will be the voice our guests hear when our daytime team is offline, so strong spoken English, a calm phone manner, and excellent problem-solving are essential. Responsibilities: - Answer inbound guest phone calls during after-hours/overnight shifts and respond promptly and courteously - Assist guests with reservations, including new bookings, modifications, and general booking questions - Handle guest inquiries, check-in/check-out support, and troubleshoot common issues (access, amenities, etc.) - Escalate urgent or complex situations to the appropriate team member following our procedures - Keep accurate notes and update guest records and reservation details in our systems - Maintain a friendly, solution-oriented tone that reflects well on our brand Requirements: - Proven experience with Guesty (property management / reservations platform) is REQUIRED - Proven experience with Host Buddy is REQUIRED - Prior experience in vacation rental / short-term rental or hospitality guest communication - Comfortable handling phone calls (not just chat/email) with clear, professional spoken English - Reliable internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for taking calls - Available to work after-hours / overnight shifts to support 24/7 coverage - Strong attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work independently In your application, please briefly describe your experience using Guesty and Host Buddy, and your availability/time zone for after-hours coverage.
