AI Agent Development and Website Creation for Insurance Underwriting Help

URGENT: We are seeking someone to create simply the framework an AI agent and develop a very simple website to host it. This AI agent will assist insurance agents in finding the best possible options for their clients amongst the 40+ carriers and 100s of products we work with. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI development, ensuring a user-friendly experience. I also need this AI to be able to be trained conversationally, similar to Chat GPT. One mode for admins to train it, and one mode for agents to use (the agent mode input and output should not train it).
