What we need built A system of interconnected AI agents that automate the core operations of our business. This includes tenant enquiries coming in from platforms like Spare Room being handled automatically end to end. pre-qualifying prospects, booking viewings, sending property details, and following up. Maintenance requests being triaged, contractors booked, and tenants notified without manual input. Compliance certificates tracked and renewed automatically. Rent collection monitored with automated chase sequences. Landlords receiving automated monthly reports. The agents need to communicate with each other. When one department triggers an action it should automatically notify the relevant other departments without anyone having to do it manually. Tech we use CoHo, Asana, Google Drive, WhatsApp, Xero, Google Calendar, Spare Room, OpenRent. What we are looking for Someone with hands-on experience building LLM-powered agent systems. You should be comfortable working with APIs, automating workflows, and building systems that run with minimal human input.
