Agentforce Developer for Salesforce Project

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer to help design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI capabilities, Prompt Builder, Copilot/Agent implementations, Apex development, and Salesforce integrations. You will work closely with our team to build intelligent agents that automate business processes, improve user productivity, and enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce solutions. Configure and customize AI Agents using Agent Builder. Develop and optimize prompts using Prompt Builder. Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications. Build custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows where required. Configure data grounding and context retrieval for AI agents. Integrate external systems and APIs with Salesforce. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven workflows. Troubleshoot and optimize Agentforce performance and user experience. Follow Salesforce best practices for security, scalability, and governance. Required Skills Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce. Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities. Strong knowledge of Prompt Builder and Agent Builder. Salesforce Development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL). Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations. Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and AI grounding. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Experience working in enterprise Salesforce environments. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce AI Specialist Certification. Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification. Experience implementing AI assistants, copilots, or conversational AI solutions. Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other LLM platforms. Familiarity with vector databases and knowledge retrieval architectures. Experience working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations. Project Scope Agentforce setup and configuration. AI Agent development and optimization. Prompt engineering and testing. Integration with existing Salesforce environment. Knowledge grounding and contextual response implementation. User acceptance support and documentation.
