About the Role We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to help manage our Airbnb properties and assist with administrative tasks related to our private residences. This is a long-term, remote position with room to grow. Responsibilities Airbnb Management * Manage Airbnb calendars across multiple properties * Update nightly pricing based on occupancy, seasonality, and local events * Coordinate guest check-in and check-out * Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally * Schedule and coordinate cleaners between reservations * Coordinate maintenance and handyman repairs * Monitor property supplies and arrange replenishment when needed * Help improve listings, guest experience, and reviews * Track upcoming reservations and ensure properties are guest-ready Home Administration * Track household bills and recurring expenses * Coordinate vendors, contractors, and home service appointments * Organize invoices and receipts * Monitor maintenance schedules for private residences * Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications * Previous experience managing Airbnb or short-term rental properties * Excellent written English communication skills * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver * Comfortable using Airbnb, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets * Experience with PriceLabs, Hospitable, Guesty, OwnerRez, or similar property management software is a plus * Able to respond quickly to guest requests when needed Hours * Part-time with flexible hours * Some weekend or evening responsiveness may be required for urgent guest issues To Apply Please include: * A brief summary of your Airbnb management experience * Number of properties you have managed * Software and tools you have used * Your hourly rate * Examples of how you’ve handled difficult guest situations or maintenance emergencies
