Airtable Automation Setup — Sync Status Across Linked Tables

Overview I have an Airtable base ("WIP – Master Creative Pipeline") that manages our creative production workflow. It contains a master table called Master Combine plus three separate tracker tables: DD All (Donut Digital), TS All (TubeScience), and Internal All. Each record in Master Combine links to a record in exactly one of these three source tables. Each of the three source tables has its own Status field (e.g., Live, Hold). I want a single, unified Status column in Master Combine that reflects the status of whichever source record a row is linked to — and I want to be able to edit status from either side and have it stay in sync. Scope of work Create/finalize an editable Status field in Master Combine with options matching our trackers. Build automations so that when a Status changes in any of the three source tables (DD All, TS All, Internal All), the linked Master Combine record's Status updates automatically. Build a reverse automation so that editing Status in Master Combine pushes the change back to the correct linked source table (using conditional logic, since each row links to only one source table). Handle the linked-record matching correctly (likely using a "Find records" step to locate the right record). Prevent sync loops between the automations. Test all paths and confirm everything works, then hand off with a brief explanation of how it's wired. What I'll provide Editor/creator access to the base, plus a quick walkthrough of which fields and tables map to what. Ideal candidate Has built multi-table Airtable automations before, understands linked records, lookups, conditional logic, and Find Records actions, and can avoid circular-update issues.
