Zoho Creator Custom Label Printing Automation – Shipping Label & Inventory Barcode Labels

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Creator / Deluge developer who can help us build a custom label printing solution from Zoho Creator. Currently, we are using Zoho Creator for order processing and inventory management. We need a solution where users can click a button inside Zoho Creator and print custom-sized labels directly to a thermal label printer. Requirement 1: Shipping Label Printing – 4x6 inch We need to generate and print a 4x6 inch shipping label from Zoho Creator. The label should dynamically fetch details such as: •⁠ ⁠From address •⁠ ⁠To/customer address •⁠ ⁠Order number •⁠ ⁠Customer name •⁠ ⁠Phone number •⁠ ⁠Product/order details •⁠ ⁠Barcode/QR code if required •⁠ ⁠Any other details we provide later Expected flow: 1.⁠ ⁠User opens an order record in Zoho Creator. 2.⁠ ⁠User clicks a button such as “Print Shipping Label.” 3.⁠ ⁠The system generates a 4x6 inch label dynamically. 4.⁠ ⁠The label should directly open for printing or automatically send to the connected label printer. 5.⁠ ⁠Label format should be clean and suitable for thermal printer printing. Requirement 2: Inventory Barcode Label Printing – 2x1 inch We also maintain inventory items in Zoho Creator. Each inventory item has a barcode/QR code. We need a button inside the inventory/item master record to print a 2x1 inch inventory label. The label should include: •⁠ ⁠Barcode or QR code •⁠ ⁠Item code •⁠ ⁠Item name •⁠ ⁠Any other item details if required Expected flow: 1.⁠ ⁠User opens an item record in Zoho Creator. 2.⁠ ⁠User clicks “Print Barcode Label.” 3.⁠ ⁠A 2x1 inch label should be generated. 4.⁠ ⁠It should print directly or trigger the connected printer. Current Issue Zoho Creator’s default template/print function is not working properly for our custom label sizes like 4x6 inch and 2x1 inch. So we are open to alternate solutions such as: •⁠ ⁠Custom HTML/PDF label generation •⁠ ⁠Deluge-based label template generation •⁠ ⁠Browser print solution •⁠ ⁠PrintNode / QZ Tray / local print agent •⁠ ⁠ZPL/ESC/POS printer command-based printing •⁠ ⁠Any other reliable method that works with Zoho Creator The final solution should be practical for daily operations and easy for our team to use.
