I am seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing (SMM) manager who also possesses Graphic and Digital Design skills to boost my personal LinkedIn (and potentially Instagram in the future) profile. I'd like to contribute to that personally and stay authentic, but still three components are required: - discipline following content plan; - delegating routine related to the preparation of postings; - great design skills to ensure everything looks visually appealing and very professional. The scope of tasks will include: - content creation, including research of the topics, creative writing; - optimization of the content to maximize impressions and attraction of loyal subscribers; - graphic design to augment text content and make the profile stand out professionally: photo editing, graphics for "carousels", posts, newsletter(?), professional memes etc.

Project An illustration with final dimensions of 12.5” x 6.25”. Illustration will include 9 different homes on a solid background. Style Style words would include “boho chic”, boutique, hygge, friendly, cozy, contemporary Softer colour palette, but maybe with the addition of something brighter too. We need this illustration to really stand out. We are hoping to do that just simply by having a nice illustration, as most real estate focused mail is so boring (a standard photo of a fancy house) and corporate. Media Created in digital format, so that we can easily change the colour scheme.

Looking for freelance digital artists that can create vibrant, realistic and detailed artworks in the artstyle attached We're a dynamic team looking to hire freelance digital artists that can work with us longterm. We need vector artwork created in the art style attached below. Our company is rapidly expanding and there is a huge demand for these artworks. We need artists that can replicate this art style with a quick turnaround. The artworks that the artists create must resemble the reference images as much as possible. The values, hue must also be as identical as possible unless it is communicated otherwise in the art direction process. We prefer the artworks to be vector based however if they are not vector based, we would still consider it if the artstyle - 1. resembles our signature artstyle. (Examples of which are attached to this job post. It must be done with solid brushes and looks like it’s vector based.) 2. is very realistic and detailed. Required Experience Experience creating digital art with good typography, layout design, illustration, colour theory and shape harmony etc. Responsibilities Creation of vibrant, realistic and detailed artworks in the artstyle attached (art direction and requirements for each artwork will be provided by us) The rate per artwork is in the range of 15-20 Canadian Dollars. Artists will essentially be working on different art collections, and depending on how many pieces created, that amount is earned in total. For instance, if an artist creates 3 pieces per day, they’d get 60 Canadian Dollars for that day and so on. Payments will be made biweekly. The work will be unlimited. If you believe you're a good fit and you're interested in this role, send in your portfolio with your strongest artworks.

I have a couple instructional info graphics that I need redesigned. Regular paper size 8.5x11 for both. 1. Ink Use Instructions 2. Mixing Guide Please keep both in black and white for now. They should both have the same illustration style for consistency. Here are the instructions: at the top center-- STOP AND READ BEFORE USE Ink Use Instructions Our Ink is Different: Invest a Few Moments to Learn How to Use It Optimally! Step 1- Start Simple Begin with a basic linework design on easy placements like the arm or thigh. Step 2 - Needle Groupings 3RL-13RL are the most popular. We recommend 5RL for your first tattoo. Step 3 - Adjust Your Technique Slow down your hand speed, and adjust the machine’s voltage and needle angle as needed for optimal ink saturation. Stretching the skin helps! Step 4 - Avoid overworking the Skin Do not press hard against the skin. Limit the number of passes over the same area to prevent skin overwork. Step 5 - Ensure Even saturation Maintain consistent saturation throughout the tattoo to obtain an even fade with time. Step 6 - Shading Technique Use stippling (dot by dot) or hatching technique to achieve the desired shading effect. Note: Do not expect the same outcome as dynamic black until you have used the ink a few times. Ink Mixing Instructions The reference illustration and copy for the most part look fine, except for a few changes below 1) Many artists have ignored taking out the caps for both the powder container and the syringe. Can you make the cap removal graphics more noticeable in step 1? 2) The ink powder container has a solid black fill to begin with. A solid black fill represents mixed ink so the container should look solid black at the beginning of step 3. Can we show the powder container in a different way for the top image and steps 1 and 2? 3) Step 4 should graphically show tapping the container and then slightly pulling the syringe plunger, then again tapping the container and slightly further pulling the plunger, repeating this tapping and pulling process until all the mixed ink is out from the container into the syringe. The copy for step 4 should be "Gradually draw the ink: Tap the container, pull the syringe plunger slightly, and repeat until all the ink is transferred."
