Airtable Consultant – Client Intelligence Platform Overview We are looking for an experienced Airtable Consultant to design and implement a centralized Client Intelligence Platform that serves as a single source of truth for client relationships, financial performance, delivery metrics, and business intelligence. The platform will be built primarily in Airtable and integrate with multiple business systems, including QuickBooks Online, Harvest, Ignition, and other operational tools. This is a hands-on architecture and implementation role. We are seeking someone who can design scalable data structures, build automations and integrations, and create executive-level dashboards that provide actionable insights for leadership. Project Goals The platform should enable leadership to: • Identify the healthiest and fastest-growing clients • Detect financial, operational, or relationship risks early • Surface client expansion opportunities • Track delivery performance and profitability • Monitor investor, partner, and stakeholder relationships • Improve reporting accuracy and reduce manual administration Responsibilities • Design scalable Airtable architecture and relational database structures • Build Airtable interfaces, automations, and reporting dashboards • Create integrations between Airtable and third-party platforms using APIs • Implement workflows for data collection, transformation, and reporting • Build executive dashboards and KPI reporting • Design processes for historical data tracking and trend analysis • Implement AI-assisted workflows for extracting and structuring information from unstructured sources • Recommend practical solutions balancing automation, usability, and maintainability Required Experience • Proven Airtable architecture and implementation experience • Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling • Experience building API integrations between SaaS platforms • Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar • Experience creating executive dashboards and reporting systems • Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking skills Highly Desirable • Experience integrating QuickBooks Online or financial systems • Experience building operational intelligence or client reporting platforms • Experience implementing AI-powered workflows using Claude, OpenAI, or similar tools • Familiarity with financial reporting and business performance metrics
