Airtable Developer, Integrations Specialist

Summary Optimize IS is looking for experienced Airtable specialists who can build reliable integrations between Airtable and other business systems. We are a leading Airtable consulting company and the first Airtable Gold Partner. We work with clients who use Airtable for operations, CRM, project management, approvals, reporting, internal tools, and custom workflows. This is not a basic Airtable setup role. We are looking for individuals who have real experience connecting Airtable to other platforms using APIs, webhooks, middleware tools, and custom scripts. What You Will Help With You may support projects involving: - Airtable API integrations - REST API connections between Airtable and other platforms - Webhooks and event based workflows - Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar integration tools - JavaScript or Python scripts - JSON data mapping and transformation - Authentication methods such as API keys, bearer tokens, or OAuth - Error handling, retries, logging, and troubleshooting - Client systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and other business platforms Who We Are Looking For You should be a strong fit if you have: - Hands on Airtable experience - Experience building Airtable integrations for real clients or business teams - Experience working with the Airtable API - Comfort reading API documentation and troubleshooting API issues - Experience with Make, Zapier, n8n, JavaScript, Python, or similar tools - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and document your work clearly To Apply Please include at least one of the following: A GitHub profile or code samples showing relevant API, scripting, or integration work A Loom video walking through an Airtable integration, automation, or technical system you built A brief written summary of a complex integration project, including the systems connected, data flow, tools used, and how you handled errors or edge cases
