Amazon SP-API & Advertising API Access — Solution Provider Onboarding Specialist

We're a SaaS + consultancy serving Amazon FBA brand owners. We need production access to both the Selling Partner API (SP-API) and the Amazon Advertising API as fast as possible — without putting our existing Amazon standing at risk. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CURRENT STATE - We operate through two legal entities: one US and one Israeli. - We're already registered in the Solution Provider Portal and Amazon Partner Network as a service provider (listed under "Advertising Optimization Service") — but NOT yet approved for API access. - We serve multiple brands, so we expect to need public app access with OAuth (clients authorize us), not a single-seller private/self-auth app. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE CHALLENGE - We must obtain API access without disrupting our live business or jeopardizing our current Partner Network / Solution Provider standing. - Open question we want your recommendation on: should we get API access under our existing developer/entity setup, or stand up a separate Amazon account / developer profile to isolate risk? We want a clear call with reasoning. - We need both APIs live ASAP. We want someone who can compress the timeline and handle the review process, appeals, and any rejections that come up. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PLEASE ADDRESS ALL OF THESE IN YOUR PROPOSAL - For how many accounts/companies have you successfully obtained SP-API and Ads API production access? Briefly describe two. - How soon can you realistically get us approved for both APIs? - What makes you the right fit for this specific scenario? - What account/entity structure do you recommend for us, and why? - What are the most common reasons these applications get rejected or delayed, and how do you handle them? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ENGAGEMENT - We prefer to drive the process ourselves with your guidance — i.e. you advise, we execute. If it's faster or cleaner for you to handle parts directly, we can grant the necessary console/account access. - Fixed price only.
