Amazon Account Manager (Full-Time / EU Time Zone) – Manage €200k/mo Pan-EU Account

We are a growing, lean e-commerce company operating in the Arts & Crafts Supplies niche. Our primary market is Amazon.de (utilizing the Pan-EU program), with additional sales channels in the UK and US. Our monthly sales average is €200,000 across roughly 120 SKUs. We run a mix of our own Private Labels and exclusive reselling partnerships where we hold full brand rights. Our team is small, distributed, direct, and completely transparent: 2 founders, 2 designers, and 3 specialized Virtual Assistants (1 Listing & Seller Support, 1 PPC Manager, and 1 Sourcing Manager). We are hiring our first full-time Amazon Account Manager. Your primary directive is to take total ownership of sales and bottom-line profits. We do not need a solo operator to execute daily tasks-we need a strategic orchestrator who can direct our team, maximize profitability, and drive steady growth. What You Will Do: - Manage Sales & Profits: This is your primary focus. You will look at Sellerboard daily. You have the authority to adjust pricing and direct the PPC manager on budgets, with one strict rule of thumb: product net margins must stay above Total ACOS (TACOS). - Promotions & Deal Flow: You will be fully in charge of planning, launching, and tracking weekly promotional deals, coupons, and building massive multi-channel strategies for Amazon special events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Q4). - Direct & Delegate to the Team: You will directly manage our 3 VAs. You will set their tasks, hold them accountable, and take over running our weekly cross-team alignment meetings so the founders can step back. - Inventory & Forecasting Supervision: Our Sourcing Manager handles daily data entry inside SoStocked, but you will be responsible for reviewing and approving their numbers. You will ensure lead times, FBA check-in buffers, and velocity trends are flawlessly aligned so we never stock out or choke cash flow with overstock. - Weekly Reporting: Report directly to the founders once a week on macro performance, action items, and collaboratively set goals for upcoming weeks. What We Are Looking For: - Experience: Minimum 3+ years of verified experience managing high-volume Amazon accounts. - Niche Experience: Direct experience managing Arts & Crafts supplies or highly visual categories is a massive advantage. - Location: Eastern Europe (or working strictly within the EU time zone). - Pan-EU Mastery: Deep, practical experience with Amazon Germany, European VAT flow, and the Pan-EU fulfillment network. - Software Fluency: Highly proficient in Sellerboard, SoStocked, and Data Dive (Mali Tree / advanced keyword architecture). We also have our own data base and PPC optimization tool, and we can create more tools and dashboards as needed. Compensation & Culture: - Type: Full-time, Fixed-Price Monthly Retainer. - Salary: $3,000 USD / month. - Performance Bonus: An extra salary equivalent to 1 full month of pay, split and distributed as a 25% bonus every single quarter based on hitting core targets (Net Profit, TACOS, and In-Stock Rate). - Style: Direct, no-bullsh*t, and highly organized.
