Amazon Account Manager Needed to Scale US Sales (PPC, Listings, Reviews)

We're looking for an experienced Amazon account manager/consultant to help scale our existing US Amazon store. We're already listed and selling but want to grow more aggressively — stronger advertising performance, better reviews/reputation, and higher overall sales. What we need help with: Amazon PPC — auditing and optimizing Sponsored Products/Brands/Display campaigns, lowering ACoS, improving ROAS Listing optimization — keyword research, title/bullet/backend optimization, A+ Content Reviews & reputation — building a compliant strategy to grow reviews (no incentivized/fake reviews — must follow Amazon TOS) Ongoing reporting — regular updates on ad spend, sales, and account health What we're looking for in a candidate: proven experience specifically with US Amazon marketplace accounts (not just UK/EU), case studies or references with real numbers (ACoS, revenue growth, etc.), and someone comfortable working as an ongoing partner rather than a one-off gig. To start, we'd like a paid trial project (e.g., a PPC/listing audit) before committing to a longer-term engagement.
