Instagram Account Manager - Local Business Growth Agency

We're a fast-growing marketing agency helping local service businesses across North America get more clients through Instagram. 45+ active clients, scaling fast, and we need someone to help us keep everything running smoothly on the account management side. The role: You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of local business clients. That means keeping them on track, communicating progress, supporting them through their Instagram growth, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll also need a basic understanding of how Meta ads work — not running them independently, but enough to speak to clients confidently and support simple troubleshooting. Day to day this looks like: * Staying in regular contact with clients and keeping them accountable * Reviewing Instagram profiles and giving clear, actionable feedback * Supporting clients through basic ad setup and platform questions * Keeping internal systems and CRM updated * Flagging anything that needs escalation before it becomes a problem You're a fit if: * Your English is fluent and clear — spoken and written. This is the whole job. * You have a social media background — you've managed accounts, created content, or worked in a digital marketing role * You've been inside Meta Ads Manager at least once and aren't afraid of the platform * You're naturally organized, responsive, and client-friendly * You take ownership.
