As we expand into the U.S. market, we are looking for an experienced **Amazon Account Manager & Growth Specialist** to launch and scale our Amazon U.S. business. Learn more about us: https://www.armosshoes.com/ About the Role We already have an Amazon Seller Central account, created in 2022, which has not yet been actively operated. We also have an established U.S.-based company, and our Amazon business needs to be properly structured, optimized, and managed for long-term growth. This is a strategic role for someone with proven experience launching and scaling premium brands on Amazon. We are looking for a results-driven professional who can build a strong foundation, execute a growth strategy, and continuously optimize performance. **Product Category:** Premium Men's Footwear **Average Order Value:** Approximately $500 Key Responsibilities * Set up and professionally manage our Amazon U.S. Seller Central account * Ensure account structure, compliance, and account health follow Amazon best practices * Create and optimize high-converting product listings * Conduct keyword research and optimize listings for visibility and conversion * Develop and execute a long-term Amazon growth strategy * Launch, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns * Monitor advertising performance and improve ROAS and ACOS * Analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities * Manage inventory planning and coordinate with internal teams when necessary * Continuously improve product ranking, conversion rates, and overall account performance * Provide regular reports, recommendations, and strategic insights Requirements * Proven experience managing and scaling Amazon Seller Central accounts * Demonstrated success growing premium or consumer brands on Amazon * Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and catalog management * Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns with measurable results * Understanding of Amazon policies, compliance, and account health * Strong analytical and reporting skills * Ability to develop and execute growth strategies independently * Excellent communication and project management skills * Experience with premium or luxury products is highly preferred Success Goals * Build a strong and compliant Amazon U.S. presence * Establish a scalable foundation for long-term growth * Achieve a target of 15** pairs sold per day within 3 months** **then 30 pairs sold per day within next 3 months** * Maintain a premium brand image and outstanding customer experience Budget & Expectations * Advertising budget of up to **$110 per pair sold** * Long-term collaboration with opportunities for continued growth * We are seeking a proactive partner who takes ownership of results and provides strategic guidance—not just day-to-day account management.
