I'm launching "Choose Your Work: Redefine Success and Discover the Work That Makes You Feel Fully Alive", a self-help book about career fulfillment written by a career coach with 21 years of experience and 50,000+ people coached. The cover was designed by the same designer behind Atomic Habits. The book has been tested with 273 beta readers and the response has been exceptional — readers consistently rate it 9–10/10 and name specific people they want to gift it to. The book is self-published via KDP (print, Kindle, and audiobook) and I need an experienced Amazon Ads specialist to build and manage a high-performance campaign from launch. What I need: - Set up and manage Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns - Keyword research and competitive targeting (comp titles include "Designing Your Life", "What Color Is Your Parachute?", "Don't Believe Everything You Think", "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck") - A+ Content optimization recommendations - Ongoing bid management, keyword harvesting, and negative keyword refinement - Weekly reporting with clear metrics (ACoS, impressions, CTR, conversion rate, spend) - Scaling strategy as reviews and organic ranking build Ideal candidate: - Proven track record managing Amazon Ads for books specifically (not general e-commerce) - Experience with KDP self-published titles, not just traditionally published books - Comfortable starting at $50–100/day ad spend and scaling based on performance - Can show past campaign results (ACoS, sales volume, ranking improvements) To apply: Share (1) two or three book campaigns you've managed with results, (2) your typical ACoS range for self-help/personal development titles, and (3) your fee structure.
