This is not a traditional job or reseller role. You will operate and grow a live online sales channel within our system, focusing on execution, optimisation, and performance. We provide the infrastructure – you drive results. The difference: You receive a $200 monthly retainer plus commission on sales you generate. This is not a pure commission role. You have a guaranteed base to work from. What You'll Be Responsible For Managing and improving product listings on online marketplaces (primarily Amazon) Optimising titles, images, and descriptions to increase conversion (CTR and SC) Monitoring performance and adjusting pricing and positioning Running and refining marketplace ads (within a defined structure) Maintaining strong customer experience standards Driving Sales What We Provide Established product catalogue Listing frameworks and content Fulfilment and delivery handled Structured systems and guidance Performance tracking and support $200 monthly retainer – guaranteed What We're Looking For Commercial mindset – focused on outcomes, not just activity Comfortable working with digital platforms / online tools Strong attention to detail Self-motivated and performance-driven Experience with Amazon or other marketplaces is beneficial but not essential Earnings Structure Component Amount Monthly retainer (guaranteed) $200 Commission Uncapped – scales directly with sales you generate You earn more as you perform.
