Amazon FBA / AWD Operations Specialist (Part-Time, Long-Term) About Us We are a growing U.S. manufacturer in the swimming pool industry selling products through Amazon FBA and to wholesale pool distributors across North America. We are looking for a long-term Amazon operations specialist to manage our fulfillment and inventory while we focus on growing the business. This is NOT a PPC, SEO, or listing optimization position. Responsibilities * Manage Amazon Seller Central * Manage Amazon FBA inventory * Manage Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) * Create and manage inbound FBA and AWD shipments * Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts * Forecast replenishment needs * Process Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) orders for wholesale customers * Monitor stranded, reserved, and aged inventory * Reconcile lost or damaged inventory and open reimbursement cases with Amazon * Open and manage Seller Support cases * Monitor IPI score and storage capacity * Recommend inventory improvements and cost-saving opportunities * Coordinate shipments from our warehouse and overseas suppliers when needed * Maintain accurate inventory records Qualifications Required: * 3+ years managing Amazon FBA accounts * Experience with Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) * Experience with Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) * Strong knowledge of Amazon inventory management * Experience creating inbound shipments * Experience working with case-pack shipments * Excellent written English * Strong attention to detail Preferred: * Experience with inventory forecasting * Experience working with manufacturers or wholesale businesses * Experience with international shipping from China * Experience with Amazon reimbursements and account health Hours * 5–10 hours per week initially * Long-term position * Opportunity to grow as the business expands To Apply Please include: 1.
