Amazon FBA Business Turnaround & Growth Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Amazon FBA consultant to help turn around and grow a UK-based consumer goods business with the goal of maximising value for a potential sale within 12 months. Background The business sells on Amazon UK across multiple product variations. We're currently working through a challenging period — quality issues with one batch have driven negative reviews and a significant sales decline. New, improved inventory is inbound. We need a consultant to assess, advise, and help us execute a recovery and growth strategy. What You'll Do Conduct a full account audit (read-only access provided): listings, PPC campaigns, product images, SEO, and review health Identify quick wins to recover sales velocity and organic ranking Develop a PPC strategy to improve ROAS and reduce wasted spend Advise on listing optimisation, A+ content, and conversion rate improvements Help us build a 12-month roadmap with clear KPIs tied to revenue, profitability, and account health Provide guidance on review strategy and managing the impact of historical negative reviews Advise on any steps that would increase the business's attractiveness and valuation for a potential sale What We're Looking For Proven track record of growing Amazon FBA businesses, ideally with turnaround experience Strong knowledge of Seller Central, PPC (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display), and listing optimisation Familiarity with account health metrics and review management best practices Experience advising on or preparing Amazon businesses for exit is a strong plus Clear communicator who can translate data into actionable recommendations Engagement Start with a paid audit and initial report Ongoing advisory/execution support based on outcomes Read-only Seller Central access provided for the audit phase Please include examples of comparable turnarounds or growth projects in your application.
