Amazon FBA / FBM Online Arbitrage Specialist
Worldwide
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Amazon Online Arbitrage Specialist to identify, evaluate, and capitalize on profitable retail deals for our Amazon storefront. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of sourcing high-ROI products and a deep operational understanding of both FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) logistics. Key Responsibilities Product Sourcing & Deal Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing tools and manual research techniques to find highly profitable online deals from retail and liquidation sites. FBA vs. FBM Strategy: Analyze product dimensions, shipping costs, and buy-box dynamics to determine the most profitable fulfillment route (FBA vs. FBM) for each item. Supplier Coordination & Pricing: Identify opportunities to optimize purchasing, leverage discounts, cashback, or bulk deals, and communicate with online suppliers or distributors when necessary. Inventory & Listing Management: Create and optimize accurate listings on Amazon. For FBM items, assist in monitoring stock levels to prevent stockouts or shipping delays. Market & Competitor Analysis: Thoroughly analyze market trends, review historical Keepa data, evaluate competitor inventory levels, and check for IP (Intellectual Property) alert risks before buying. Required Qualifications & Skills Proven experience specifically in Amazon Online Arbitrage (FBA and FBM workflows). Mastery of essential sourcing and analysis tools (e.g., Keepa, SellerAmp SAS, Tactical Arbitrage, or Helium 10). Strong understanding of Amazon metrics: ROI, profit margins, sales rank (BSR), buy box rotation, and Amazon referral/fulfillment fees. Experience managing FBM shipping templates, handling merchant-fulfilled inventory limits, and ensuring high account health metrics. Excellent communication, spreadsheet organization (Google Sheets/Excel), and analytical skills. Deliverables A consistent daily/weekly sheet of verified, profitable leads meeting our strict criteria (minimum ROI, minimum profit per unit, and stable sales history). Accurate creation and optimization of product listings. Ongoing monitoring of competitor pricing and buy-box adjustments. "We are looking for a mid-to-long-term partner. Budget is negotiable based on your proven track record with Keepa, SellerAmp, and your understanding of FBA vs. FBM logistics. We are also open to performance-based bonuses for exceptional lead quality." How to apply: Please start your application with the word "CHAMPION" so I know you read this entire description. Applications without this word will be automatically declined. Also, please confirm you are willing to complete a quick 2-item sourcing test if you are shortlisted.
