Summary

-Setup seller account and brand registration -Ensure products have an active listing. Convert to FBA prior to shipping from the factory. -Get our products assigned FNSKU barcodes. Send them to the chosen factory and communicate how to apply these to every individual unit. -Must have expertise using Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) for importing to designated fufillment centers -Create Your FBA Shipment Plan -Inventory & FBA Logistics: Coordinate FBA shipments, monitor stock levels, and prevent costly stockouts. -Track shipments and reconcile lost inventory to file reimbursement cases with Amazon. -Listing & Content Optimization: Improve product detail pages using SEO best practices, high-ranking keywords, and A+ Content to increase conversion rates. -Advertising & Strategy: Develop and execute PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns and manage the brand’s overall Amazon advertising strategy to boost product rankings. -Performance & Data Analysis: Track KPIs (sales velocity, advertising cost of sales, and account health metrics). Analyze data to provide actionable insights for scaling the business. -Account Health & Compliance: Resolve Seller Central support cases. Ensure the account complies with all Amazon policies to avoid listing suspensions or account bans.
