Amazon FBA Inventory & Shipment Operations Specialist

Here is the posting: About the role We manage FBA operations for multiple Amazon seller clients and need a detail-oriented specialist to own shipment creation, catalog accuracy, and inventory planning end-to-end. You will be the primary person ensuring every SKU is set up correctly in Seller Central and that each client always has the right stock levels. Responsibilities Shipment creation Build and submit FBA inbound shipments in Seller Central for all clients, ensuring correct quantity, condition, and routing. Coordinate with clients and prep centers to align shipment schedules and box contents. Resolve any shipment discrepancies, missing units, or receiving issues with Amazon. Catalog & listing accuracy Set up and audit FNSKU labels and ensure correct labeling configurations per client and SKU. Create and maintain accurate case pack templates for all products, including inner packs and master carton configurations. Review and correct listing attributes that affect FBA eligibility — package dimensions, prep instructions, hazmat flags. Flag and resolve catalog errors such as stranded inventory, suppressed listings, or merge/split issues. Inventory forecasting & recommendations Monitor sell-through rates, days of supply, and reorder points for each client's catalog on a regular cadence. Build and maintain forecasting models that account for seasonality, promotions, and lead times. Deliver clear, actionable reorder recommendations to clients before stockout risk is reached. Track IPI scores and proactively manage storage limits, aged inventory, and removal recommendations. Requirements Must have 2+ years managing FBA shipments in Seller Central Hands-on experience with case pack templates and FNSKU setup Strong spreadsheet skills for inventory modeling Experience managing multiple seller accounts simultaneously
