Amazon FBA Specialist Needed for Ongoing Store Management

We are Crestline Trading, a fast-growing eCommerce brand selling across multiple product categories on Amazon. We launched recently and are already managing a growing catalog with more products in the pipeline. We are a small close knit team not a faceless corporation and we move fast, communicate openly, and take our store seriously. We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Specialist to join us on a long term ongoing basis. This is not a one time project. We want someone who will grow with us, take ownership of the account, and treat our store like their own business. What You Will Be Doing: You will be responsible for the day to day management of our Amazon Seller Central account. This includes monitoring account health daily and flagging any issues before they escalate, managing and updating product listings for accuracy and SEO performance, resolving suppressed or inactive listings quickly, coordinating FBA shipments with our prep centre and ensuring inventory levels stay healthy, handling customer messages and return requests professionally and within Amazon's response windows, and keeping our internal task board updated so the team always has full visibility of what is happening and what is pending. As we grow your responsibilities will grow with us. We want someone who is proactive, not someone who waits to be told what to do. You Must Have: Hands on Amazon Seller Central experience is non negotiable. We are not looking for someone who has read about Amazon — we want someone who has been inside accounts, solved real problems, and knows the platform inside out. You must have strong written English, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision. Reliable availability and consistent communication are essential — we need someone we can count on every single day. Bonus Points For: Experience with FBA shipment coordination and prep centre management, familiarity with Helium 10 or similar keyword research tools, experience with Sellerboard or other profit tracking tools, Monday.com or similar task management platform experience, and any background in wholesale, trade, or B2B product categories. The Role: This is a full time ongoing engagement to start — approximately 30 to 35 hours per week with the expectation of growing as the business scales. We offer flexible scheduling agreed in advance. We are hiring at intermediate level — we want someone who knows what they are doing and can hit the ground running from day one.
