I'm looking for a part-time Amazon Growth Analyst to help me better understand what is happening in my business and why. This role is heavily focused on analytics and business performance. The ideal candidate has experience owning P&Ls, working with Amazon Seller Central data, and translating data into actionable recommendations that improve sales and profitability. REQUIREMENTS • Strong Amazon Seller Central experience • Experience with Sellerboard (or similar profit analytics tools) • P&L ownership - most important. • Experience with SQP and tracking data from testing to listing changes • Comfortable working with Finaloop data (can learn with time) • Ability to connect performance changes back to specific SKUs, parent ASINs, and listing changes (titles, images, etc.) JOB DESCRIPTION: • Weekly WoW and YoY analysis of sales, profit, contribution margin, ad spend, BSR, search volume, purchase share, and CVR • Analysis of my top 5 parent listings and the primary drivers of performance changes • Identification of the specific SKUs and parent ASINs responsible for positive or negative swings • Actionable recommendations supported by data, not just reporting • Measurement of the impact of title updates and main image tests • Monthly MoM and YoY business review covering the same metrics and trends BONUS QUALIFICATIONS • Experience using Amazon Search Query Performance (SQP) reports • Experience using Brand Analytics • Experience designing or testing Amazon main images, bonus points if you have access to Canva • Familiarity with AI tools for creative testing and content generation • Experience creating or managing A+ Content • Access to reliable and affordable freelancers for creative projects ROLE EVOLUTION For now, implementation and advertising execution will remain with me. I'm looking for someone who can first help me understand what is happening in the business and why. Over time, I expect the role to grow beyond analysis into implementation, listing optimization, testing, project management, and potentially advertising ownership for the right candidate. TIME COMMITMENT Initial scope is approximately 5–10 hours per week, with the opportunity to expand as the role evolves and demonstrates impact.
