Amazon Product Marketing & Listing Conversion Specialist

We are a biotech company selling consumer test products on Amazon. Store/Brand: Watersafe We are looking for someone to help us understand why certain products have lower market share than competitors, why some products may be losing share, and what changes could help us capture more demand. This is not only a conversion rate project. Some of our products already convert reasonably well, but there may still be major opportunities in CTR, positioning, image strategy, pricing, PPC strategy, listing content, A+ content, and competitive differentiation. We want someone who can look at the full Amazon picture and help identify what is actually limiting growth. The first goal is to start with one existing product or product group and diagnose the biggest opportunities. Areas to review may include: Amazon search visibility and click-through opportunity Main image and image stack effectiveness Title, bullets, and A+ content Product positioning versus competitors Customer reviews and customer language Trust signals, objections, and confusion points Price competitiveness and offer structure PPC strategy and whether spend is supporting the right goal Competitor listings, videos, images, pricing, reviews, and messaging Opportunities for Amazon experiments or A/B tests We are looking for someone who can answer questions like: Why are competitors gaining more share? Are we losing customers before they click or after they click? Is the issue CTR, conversion, positioning, price, PPC, content, or a mix? What content changes would likely have the highest impact? What should we test first? How should our product be positioned more clearly against competitors?
