Summary

We are Henschel Hats, an 80 year old hat manufacturing company. We are working to grow our ecommerce, D2C, strategy including Amazon. We currently have a seller central account and brand registry. We are looking for a partner that can do the following: 1) Listing Clean-Up and Enhancement: - Revise and create new A+ Content for all current listings. - Optimize titles, bullet points, and descriptions with SEO keywords. - Update images or media as needed to meet Amazon guidelines. 2) Adding New SKUs and Expanding Listings: - Add remaining SKUs with consistent A+ Content and SEO optimization. 3) Duplicate Listing Removal: - Identify and remove duplicate listings. - Ensure ASIN consolidation for product variations. 4) Third-Party Reseller Monitoring: - Monitor and protect the Buy Box from unauthorized resellers. - Enforce policies to remove unauthorized sellers. 5) Customer Service Management: - Handle customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. - Manage reviews and feedback to improve ratings. 6) Advertising and PPC Management: - Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns. - Manage advertising budgets and provide regular performance reports. 7) Monthly Reporting and Analysis: - Deliver monthly reports on sales, advertising metrics, and overall performance. - Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
