Amazon Seller Central Expert (UK-Based) – Ongoing Ad-Hoc Support Required

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central specialist based in the UK to provide ongoing support for our e-commerce business. We sell industrial sewing machines, sewing machine parts, accessories, needles, threads and haberdashery products online, and we occasionally run into issues within Amazon Seller Central that require expert assistance. Some examples include setting up shipping templates correctly, resolving listing errors, creating new product listings, dealing with branded product restrictions and approvals, troubleshooting catalogue issues, and providing general Amazon Seller Central support. We are not looking for a full-time employee. Instead, we would like to build a long-term relationship with someone we can contact whenever a problem arises. Sometimes the work may only take 10 minutes to resolve, while other times it may require several hours. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working on an ad-hoc basis and charging fairly according to the time spent on each task. When issues arise, we need somebody who can respond quickly, access our account when authorised, identify the problem and provide an effective solution. Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central is essential, particularly experience with branded products, listing restrictions, shipping settings and account troubleshooting. We would prefer somebody based in the UK so that communication is easier and we are operating within the same time zone.
