Amazon Seller Community Feedback VA — Consent-Based Research
Worldwide
I run LUMGEX, an early-stage product for Amazon EU sellers. LUMGEX creates the LUMGEX Intelligence Report: a source-backed documentation-readiness roadmap for one product and one Amazon EU marketplace. It helps sellers understand what documentation areas they may need to request, verify, prepare, translate, label, upload or investigate before specialist support starts. I am looking for a VA / research assistant who understands Amazon sellers, FBA/private label sellers, ecommerce seller communities, or Seller Central-style discussions. The goal is to help recruit voluntary feedback participants and identify allowed places where sellers discuss Amazon EU documentation questions. This is consent-based research only. This is not cold outreach. This is not scraping. This is not fake-account activity. This is not mass DM. This is not legal or compliance advice. This is not a role where you tell sellers what they legally need. This is not a role where you promise Amazon approval. What you may do: - Identify Amazon/ecommerce seller communities where feedback invitations may be allowed. - Review community rules before any engagement. - Ask admin/moderator permission where needed. - Suggest whether a community is safe to use. - Share only approved, transparent feedback invitations where rules allow. - Engage only with volunteers. - Run an approved short questionnaire with volunteers. - Keep a feedback log with consent status and questionnaire answers. - Summarize recurring pain points. - Flag possible pilot candidates for Dianna to review. What you must NOT do: - scrape groups, forums, profiles or private communities; - use fake accounts; - DM people without consent; - use client accounts or confidential seller data; - copy private/gated content; - share screenshots from private groups; - violate community rules; - give legal advice; - give compliance advice; - claim LUMGEX certifies products; - claim LUMGEX reviews or approves documents; - claim Amazon will accept anything; - negotiate prices, partnerships or referral terms. Ideal candidate: - Real experience with Amazon FBA, Amazon Seller Central, private label sellers, marketplace sellers, or ecommerce seller communities. - Existing legitimate access to relevant Amazon/ecommerce communities is a strong plus. - Strong English. - Spanish preferred, but Amazon seller community experience is more important. - Experience with community engagement, moderation, customer research, market research, customer success, or VA work. - Strong respect for rules, consent and privacy. - Reliable, responsive and organized. First paid test: The first paid test will NOT involve posting. It will be: 1. Identify 5 relevant Amazon/ecommerce seller communities. 2. For each, say whether it is public, gated or private. 3. Summarize the rules about promotion, research posts, links, DMs or feedback requests. 4. Recommend whether it is safe to use. 5. Draft one transparent feedback invitation using approved wording. 6. Do not post anything. Please apply by answering these questions: 1. What Amazon, FBA, Seller Central, private-label or ecommerce seller communities do you know or have legitimate access to? 2. Have you ever engaged in seller communities, moderated groups, collected feedback, or done customer research? Please give examples. 3. How would you check whether a feedback invitation is allowed in a community? 4. In one safe sentence, how would you explain LUMGEX without claiming legal advice, certification, compliance, document review or Amazon approval outcomes? 5. Do you confirm that you will not scrape, spam, use fake accounts, DM people without consent, copy private content, or violate community rules? 6. What is your English level, and do you speak Spanish?
