Amazon - Supplement Listing Compliance Consultant

We're launching two dietary supplement products on Amazon — one re-launch and one new listing — and are looking for an experienced Amazon seller or compliance specialist to serve as an outside advisor and QA layer on our listing content before it goes live. This is not a copywriting or design engagement. Our team is handling all content production in-house. We need someone who knows Amazon's supplement category policies inside-out and can quickly review our draft listing copy, flag any claims language risks, and advise on best practices specific to our product categories. The two products: An inflammation and joint recovery supplement (turmeric, ashwagandha, tart cherry) — re-launch after a prior listing takedown A blood sugar and metabolism support supplement (chromium, salacia) — first-time Amazon listing What we're looking for: 2-3 short paid video consultations (30-45 minutes each) over approximately 1-2 weeks Review of our draft listing copy (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend search terms) for both products against Amazon's Dietary Supplement Compliance Policy Specific red-flag identification on any claims language that could trigger Amazon's drug claims or disease claims filters — especially for the blood sugar category General best practice guidance on listing setup, image content policies, and documentation Amazon may request post-launch Ideal background: - Direct experience managing Amazon supplement listings, ideally in high-scrutiny categories (blood sugar, glucose support, inflammation, or similar) - Familiarity with Amazon's automated claim detection and policy enforcement patterns - Experience writing or reviewing structure/function claims vs. disease claims - Bonus: experience navigating Amazon listing reinstatements or Plans of Action To apply, please include: - A brief description of supplement categories you've worked in on Amazon - At least one example of a compliance issue you identified and how you resolved it - Your proposed rate and availability for the week of July 13, 2026
