Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are a growing beauty brand selling on Amazon US and are looking for a reliable, sharp, and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on role where you will support day-to-day Amazon operations — from listing management and catalog hygiene to inventory monitoring, account health, and research tasks. You will work directly with the brand owner and internal team, so clear communication, proactive thinking, and strong organizational skills are just as important as your Amazon knowledge. Key Responsibilities include: - Product Listing & Catalog Management - A+ Content Maintenance - Monitor inventory levels - Submit and track FBA shipments, reimbursement cases, and removal orders - Monitor and maintain account health - Open and follow up on Seller Central support cases as needed - Use Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa to conduct keyword and competitor research - Pull and organize reports from Seller Central and Sellerboard - Flag anomalies in sales, traffic, or performance data and bring them to the team’s attention Required Skills: - Solid understanding of Amazon Seller Central — listings, inventory, reports, case management • Familiarity with FBA processes, shipment creation, and reimbursements • Understanding of how Amazon search, ranking, and the Buy Box work Soft Skills • Fluent in written and spoken English • Strong communicator — proactive, clear, and professional • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal hand-holding • Reliable and punctual during agreed working hours Application Task To help us assess your skills, please complete the following short task and include your response with your application: 1.
