VC & Angel Investor List-Building + Outreach Setup (Seed + Series A, EU/UK/US)

We're Edge Video AI, an AI-powered shoppable CTV company raising the remaining ~EUR400K of our EUR1M seed round and preparing a Series A. We need a research-savvy freelancer to build and enrich a prioritized list of relevant VCs and angel investors across Europe, the UK, and the US, and to help set up our outreach operations. This is a fixed-price/hourly research and operations role - NOT a finder or placement role. No compensation will be tied to funds raised. DELIVERABLES: - A curated list of 40-80 VCs/angels matched to our stage (seed + early Series A), check size, and sector (AI, CTV, adtech, video, shoppable media), across EU/UK/US. - For each entry: fund name, the specific partner who leads our category, a one-line thesis-fit rationale, recent relevant investments, verified email + LinkedIn, and a suggested warm-intro path. - Delivered in Google Sheets (importable to HubSpot), deduped, with emails validated. - Optional: set up a tracked outreach sequence we can run ourselves. REQUIREMENTS: - Demonstrable experience building investor or B2B executive lists (please share a redacted sample). - Strong data hygiene and email verification. - Familiarity with the VC/startup landscape, ideally in AI/media/adtech.
