Summary

We are seeking a talented engineer who is experienced in using Ansys-Fluent that can optimize the shape of a 10m long vehicle to minimize drag and lift. He/She will carry out CFD simulations in 3D. The project will consist of 12 milestones. We will provide detailed description of the requirements of each milestone before that milestone starts. To proceed in this project please address the following issues; - Are you happy to sign NDA? - Do you have access to Ansys 2021-R2 or earlier version for the sake of this project? - Have you previously done both steady state and transient evaporation analysis using Ansys? - Have you minimized the drag before? - If you did what was the value you achieved? - What part of the vehicle you found most effective in reducing the drag? - Have you simulated air flow through vehicle body cuts (eg fender vents and air curtains) to minimize the drag before? - Are you able to simulate the simulate boundary layer around the vehicle? - Have you used the adjoint optimization technique before? - What computational power (Processor & RAM) do you have? - Have you used Cloud Computing Before? - Are you able to write a report with very strict formatting? - Are you full-time freelancer? - How many hours will dedicate to this project every week? - How long do you need from start to finish till we reach our agreed target value of drag and lift.
