Apollo.io Expert Needed: Complete Setup, Sequences, & Deliverability for Low Voltage

Overview We are a low voltage, and security systems integrator looking for a seasoned Apollo.io Setup & Deliverability Specialist. We provide commercial technology systems (security, access control, structured cabling, AV) to commercial clients, general contractors, and developers. We have just acquired Apollo.io and need an expert to build our outbound sales engine from scratch. This is a turnkey project—we need someone to handle everything from technical domain setup to building targeted outbound sequences. Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work • Platform Configuration & Integrations: Connect Apollo to our CRM and email infrastructure. Optimize all workspace settings, custom fields, and user permissions. • Email Deliverability & Domain Setup: Configure secondary cold email domains/inboxes (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, MX records, and custom tracking domains) to protect our primary domain. Set up proper daily sending limits and inbox warming sequences. • Target Personas & Data Segments: Help us translate our ideal customer profile (ICP)—such as General Contractors, Commercial Real Estate Developers, Property Managers, and IT Directors—into highly filtered, clean target lists within Apollo. • Sequence Architecture: Build out automated outbound sequences (combining cold email, LinkedIn touchpoints, and phone tasks). Note: We will collaborate on the messaging, but we need you to structurally build the multi-step multi-day flows, set up A/B testing variables, and implement custom fallback tags. • Analytics & Reporting Setup: Configure dashboards to track open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, and bounce rates so we can easily measure ROI. • Additionally we will want you to provide recommendations for best practices. Prefered Experience & Skills • Proven track record of successful Apollo.io implementations (please share examples or case studies in your proposal). • Deep technical understanding of email deliverability, spam filters, and domain governance (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). • Experience working with B2B professional services, construction, IT, or commercial contracting companies is a major plus. • Strong understanding of CRM Intergrations. • Excellent communication skills and ability to hop on a kickoff call to map out strategy.
