We are looking for an experienced Apollo.io specialist for a recurring monthly mission to build targeted B2B lead lists. **Scope & volume:** - 500 to 1,000 contacts per batch, scaling up to 10,000 qualified contacts - Ongoing collaboration — monthly recurring mission **Targeting criteria:** - Industries: SaaS / Tech and E-commerce - Job titles: CEO, Founder, Head of Marketing, Head of Sales - Regions: France, Belgium, Switzerland + UK, DACH - Company size: 10 to 200 employees **Quality requirements:** - Verified professional email (minimum 90% validity rate) - Direct phone number (mobile or direct line preferred — no general company switchboard) - LinkedIn profile included for every contact - No duplicates, no outdated records - Clean CSV file, ready for direct import into Google Sheets **Required columns in the final file:** First name · Last name · Email · Phone · LinkedIn · Company · Job title · Country · Company size · Industry **Delivery:** - Google Sheets (used for direct outbound prospecting) - Turnaround: 3 to 5 business days after filter validation **What we're looking for:** A reliable long-term partner, not a one-off provider. If quality standards are met, this becomes a monthly recurring engagement. Please share examples of similar lead lists you have built and specify your typical turnaround for 500–1,000 contacts.
