Summary

I am looking for an experienced mobile app launch consultant or small team to help bring three niche productivity apps through the final testing, app-store launch, and early user-acquisition process. The apps are already built and deployed. One app is wrapped and currently in Apple TestFlight, and all three apps are already in Google Play testing. I need someone who can take over the final launch-readiness process, identify issues, coordinate testing, prepare the store listings, help with Apple/Google approval, and then help drive traffic and conversions to paid users. The three apps are: 1. FixFlow A maintenance inbox for small landlords. Tenants submit repair requests, landlords coordinate vendors, vendors update repair status, and repair history is saved by unit. 2. Allegro A studio workflow app for independent music teachers. Teachers manage lessons, practice assignments, parent-ready lesson recaps called Encores, student practice, and tuition tracking. 3. BuildPlanGO A field-to-scope app for remodelers and small contractors. Contractors capture room scans/photos/notes, create project scopes, generate takeoffs/estimates, and export proposal/permit-prep materials. I need help with two connected workstreams: A. Store launch, QA, and publishing readiness Responsibilities: - Review all three apps on iOS, Android, and mobile web - Test Apple TestFlight build and Google Play testing builds - Create and run structured QA scripts for each app - Test key user flows end-to-end - Identify bugs, broken links, UI issues, mobile problems, permissions problems, login problems, and store-review risks - Provide screenshots/videos of issues found - Help prepare Apple App Store and Google Play production submissions - Review App Store / Google Play metadata, screenshots, descriptions, privacy declarations, test credentials, reviewer instructions, and compliance notes - Help respond to Apple or Google review feedback/rejections if they occur - Confirm that demo/reviewer accounts work correctly - Confirm that signup, login, payment/trial flows, and key app workflows work correctly - Help verify analytics and conversion events where possible Required QA flows include: FixFlow: - Landlord signup/login - Create property/unit - Generate tenant repair link - Submit tenant repair request - Assign/schedule vendor - Open vendor job link - Vendor updates status/uploads invoice - Close repair - Confirm unit repair history is saved - Test English/Spanish/French surfaces where applicable Allegro: - Teacher signup/login - Create studio - Add student/parent - Create lesson - Add practice assignment - Send first Encore - Open parent/student views - Check tuition status - Test English/Spanish/French surfaces where applicable BuildPlanGO: - Contractor signup/login - Create project - Add project type - Add room dimensions/photos/notes/scan - Save field capture - Build project scope - Generate takeoff/estimate - Export proposal/client scope - Check mobile camera/scan/3D/PDF/export flows B. App-store optimization and early growth marketing Responsibilities: - Improve App Store and Google Play listings for each app - Research ASO keywords - Recommend titles, subtitles, short descriptions, long descriptions, keyword fields, screenshots, and app preview/video ideas - Improve conversion copy for store listings - Recommend landing-page changes if needed - Set up or review analytics for traffic → signup → activation → paid conversion - Recommend and/or run small paid acquisition tests - Recommend organic outreach channels for each app - Help create first 30-day launch plan - Track results and report what is working The main activation events are: - FixFlow: landlord creates first tenant repair link - Allegro: teacher sends first Encore - BuildPlanGO: contractor creates/exports first project scope or proposal I am not looking for fake installs, paid reviews, incentivized reviews, bot traffic, or anything that could violate Apple or Google policies. I want legitimate QA, legitimate store optimization, and legitimate user acquisition. Ideal candidate/team: - Has personally launched apps through Apple App Store and Google Play - Understands TestFlight and Google Play testing tracks - Has mobile QA experience on real devices - Understands App Store Optimization - Can write and execute QA test plans - Can provide clear bug reports with screenshots/videos - Can help prepare reviewer notes and store submission materials - Can help with early marketing and conversion tracking - Can work independently and report clearly - Experience with SaaS, productivity apps, niche B2B apps, or prosumer apps is a plus Please include: 1. Apps you have helped launch, with store links if available 2. Your experience with Apple App Review and Google Play production releases 3. Your QA process 4. Your ASO process 5. Whether you test on real iOS and Android devices 6. Whether you can help with paid acquisition and analytics 7. Your suggested fixed price for a 30-day launch sprint 8. Your hourly rate for follow-up work 9. Your availability over the next 2–4 weeks I prefer a fixed-price launch sprint with clear milestones, but I am open to hourly if you can explain your process clearly.
