AppFolio & Realm-X Workflow Automation Expert Needed for 250-Unit Portfolio

Prime Point Rentals is seeking an experienced AppFolio consultant to optimize and automate our property management operations. We currently manage approximately 250 rental units and are looking for a professional with extensive AppFolio experience, including Realm-X, workflow automation, maintenance management, leasing processes, accounting workflows, and operational efficiency improvements. Project Goals: • Review our current AppFolio setup • Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation • Configure and optimize Realm-X workflows • Improve maintenance request handling and work order management • Streamline turnover and rent-ready processes • Improve leasing lead management and follow-up automation • Optimize lease renewal workflows • Improve delinquency and collections processes • Review accounting approval and invoice workflows • Provide training and documentation for our team Required Qualifications: - Extensive AppFolio experience - Experience with Realm-X and workflow automation - Property management operations background - Experience managing portfolios of 200+ units preferred - Strong understanding of maintenance, leasing, accounting, and property management best practices - Ability to provide references or examples of previous AppFolio optimization projects Project Scope: We are looking for a consultant who can both advise on best practices and assist with hands-on implementation.
