Apparel Production Assistant- Liaison & Quality Verification Specialist – Bali

We are a US-based apparel design company working to shift our production to Bali (designing resort, activewear and lounge). We are looking for an on-the-ground professional to act as our independent verification liaison. Your primary role is to serve as our "eyes and ears" on the factory floor, ensuring our production milestones are met and that finished goods meet our technical specs before we release final payments. This role is about objective reporting and acting as the final checkpoint for our production shipments. Responsibilities: Production Verification: Periodically check that production is moving along as scheduled. Technical Quality Control: Review finished goods against our provided tech packs/spec sheets before bulk shipment. Shipment Gatekeeping: You will be the final authority who confirms that our completed order is boxed, labeled, and ready to go. Our final wire transfer to the factory is contingent on your verification that the goods exist and meet our specs. Communication: Act as our boots-on-the-ground to resolve simple construction queries with the factory team. Ideal Candidate: You have deep experience in garment construction and quality control. You may have existing relationships with local Bali factories (this is a plus, not a dealbreaker). Non-Negotiable: You must not be a representative for a competing production agency/middleman firm. We are looking for a solo professional, not a firm trying to move our production elsewhere. You must be capable of providing objective, detailed photo and video reports, even if you are familiar with the factory management.
