I am a Miami, Florida-based real estate agent specializing in luxury apartment rentals. My business is growing rapidly, and I need a dynamic, proactive individual with excellent English skills to manage inbound and outbound messages on Instagram DMs and WhatsApp—qualifying prospects and scheduling calls and property tours on my behalf. This is a client-facing role. You will be the first impression of my brand, which means professionalism, warmth, and responsiveness are non-negotiable. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU WILL DO ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Respond to all incoming Instagram DMs and WhatsApp messages in a timely manner (maximum 15–30 minutes during business hours). • Qualify leads by asking the right questions: budget, move-in date, desired area, number of bedrooms, etc. • Consistently follow up with both warm and cold prospects. • Schedule appointments, calls, and property tours directly into my calendar. • Maintain an updated record in a simple CRM (Google Sheets or Notion). • Immediately communicate any hot prospects or urgent messages to me. • Always maintain my brand's tone: professional, approachable, and knowledgeable about the Miami market. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SCHEDULE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Wednesday to Sunday • 8 hours a day—schedule to be coordinated within the 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time window (EST / Colombia). • You must be online and actively responding to messages during your shift. • Please confirm your availability for this schedule before applying. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Advanced written English—grammar, spelling, and tone matter a lot (this is a strict requirement). • Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service. • Understanding of sales psychology and the ability to move a prospect forward without being pushy. • High responsiveness and organizational skills—no message should ever be left unattended. • Proactive mindset—you identify opportunities and take action without waiting for instructions. • Proficiency in Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Sheets or Notion, and Google Calendar. • Real estate experience is a plus but not required—a willingness to learn absolutely is. • Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a highly valued advantage given Miami's Latino clientele. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • 100% of messages responded to within 30 minutes during your shift. • Qualified prospects successfully converted into scheduled appointments. • Zero missed follow-ups. • A daily summary report shared at the end of each shift. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ COMPENSATION ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • $1,200 USD per month—fixed salary. • Remote independent contractor agreement. • Opportunities for growth and performance-based bonuses starting in the third month. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW TO APPLY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ To be considered, your application must include: A short Loom video or voice note (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself and explaining why you are the ideal person for this role—this is mandatory.
