Telemarketer / Appointment Setter (Remote) NO COLD CALLING - ALL INCOMING LEADS Part-time: 10–30 hours per week Speed of response is critical - maximum response time 1-2 hours. We are looking for a friendly, confident and professional Telemarketer to contact warm leads who have already expressed an interest in commissioning a bespoke portrait. This is not cold calling. Every person you contact has already made an enquiry and requested more information. Your role is to build rapport, answer basic questions, qualify their interest, and arrange a Zoom consultation with our Director. Responsibilities * Contact incoming enquiries by telephone in a timely and professional manner. * Build rapport and establish a positive first impression. * Answer general questions about the portrait commission process. * Qualify prospective clients by understanding their requirements, budget and timescale. * Book Zoom appointments into the consultant’s calendar. * Follow up with enquiries who are not immediately ready to book. * Keep accurate notes within our CRM system. * Work towards appointment booking targets while maintaining an excellent customer experience. About You The ideal candidate will: * Have an excellent telephone manner. * Be confident speaking with people from all walks of life. * Be naturally warm, engaging and personable. * Have previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, sales or customer service. * Be organised and reliable with good attention to detail. * Be comfortable using a CRM system and online calendars. * Have a quiet home working environment with reliable broadband and a quality headset. What We’re Looking For This role would suit someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and helping customers take the next step. You should be enthusiastic without being pushy, able to listen carefully, and comfortable asking questions to understand a client’s needs. As our enquiries come from individuals interested in commissioning artwork, professionalism, empathy and excellent communication skills are essential. Hours * Part-time (10–30 hours per week). * Flexible working hours, agreed in advance. * Additional hours may be available depending on enquiry levels. Pay Competitive hourly rate plus performance-related bonuses for successfully booked appointments.
