Appointment Setter – B2B Cold Calling (HVAC Industry)

Overview Precision Automation Solutions (PAS) is a fast-growing marketing and automation agency exclusively serving HVAC contractors and franchise owners across the United States. We help HVAC businesses replace expensive lead aggregators like Angi and HomeAdvisor with their own automated client acquisition system. We are looking for a hungry, disciplined, and phone-confident Appointment Setter to join our team and book qualified discovery calls with HVAC business owners on behalf of our founder. This is a long-term ongoing role with significant earning potential for the right person. Preference - hire from the Americas. What You'll Do • Make 50–100 outbound cold calls per day to HVAC business owners across the US • Follow up on warm leads generated from our SMS, email, and Facebook ad campaigns • Use our proven script to qualify prospects and book 15-minute discovery calls directly into our calendar • Log all call outcomes • Send a daily activity report — dials made, contacts reached, calls booked • Re-engage cold prospects from our existing lead database • Handle basic objections and keep conversations warm until a call is booked What You Won't Do • You will not close deals — that is the founder's role • You will not manage ads or marketing campaigns • You will not create content or handle social media Your one job is to get qualified HVAC owners on a call with our founder. Period. Who We're Looking For • Proven cold calling experience — B2B preferred, home services industry a major plus • Comfortable making 50+ dials per day without burnout • Clear, confident English communication — neutral accent preferred for US-based calling • Coachable and script-disciplined — you follow the process, not your own instincts • Self-motivated and results-driven — you care about booked calls not just dials • Reliable internet connection and quality headset • Experience with GoHighLevel or any CRM is a plus but not required • Available during US business hours — EST preferred Compensation • Base: $5–$8/hour (negotiable based on experience) • Performance Bonus: $25 per qualified booked call that shows up • Weekly pay via Upwork • Hours: 10–20 hours per week to start with room to grow This Role Is Right For You If: • You thrive on hitting daily targets and seeing direct results from your effort • You're not afraid of rejection and bounce back quickly after a no • You want a long-term role with a growing company where your income grows as the business grows • You've cold called before and know what it takes to book meetings consistently
