We’re a lead generation agency helping trade and service businesses across Australia (plumbers, electricians, builders) get more work through paid advertising. We’re looking for a confident, reliable appointment setter to book qualified sales calls with business owners. What you’ll do: • Reach out to trade and service businesses via cold calls (and potentially SMS/email) • Spark interest in our service and qualify the business as a good fit • Book qualified prospects into sales calls on our calendar • Log activity and bookings accurately in our CRM (GoHighLevel) • Hand warm, booked appointments to our closing team What we’re looking for: • Strong spoken English and a confident, natural phone manner • Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B sales outreach • Resilience — you understand cold outreach is a numbers game and don’t get rattled by a “no” • Self-motivated and consistent — you hit your call volume without being chased • Comfortable learning our CRM (GoHighLevel) and following a script/playbook • Bonus: experience selling to trades, home services, or local businesses What we provide: • A proven script and objection-handling playbook • Our offer, packages, and talking points • CRM access and clear targets • Ongoing support and feedback Compensation: • An hourly rate for your time and call activity, plus • A per-appointment bonus for every qualified call you book that shows up • You’re rewarded both for showing up and dialling consistently, and for the quality of the appointments you set. The more good calls you book, the more you earn on top of your hourly. Hours: This role requires working Australian business hours (AEST), as all our clients are in Australia and you’ll be calling businesses during their working day.
