Appointment Setter / Business Development – Flexible, Performance-Based

I run Support Studio, a growing business systems and automation company based on the Costa del Sol. We help small businesses improve the way they operate by bringing enquiries, customer information, conversations, follow-up, bookings, payments and internal processes into one connected system, then automating the repetitive work around it. I've also recently launched Villa Concierge, a specialist service for the holiday rental and property management industry. The services are built and ready. What I need now is someone who is good at starting the right conversations and getting qualified potential clients into my diary. I'm not looking for someone to sell or close the service. I'll handle discovery calls, demonstrations, proposals and closing. I'm also not necessarily looking for a traditional employee at this stage. I'm open to working with an experienced freelance appointment setter or business development professional on a commission, performance-based or hybrid arrangement. Rather than me telling you exactly how to do the job, I'd like you to tell me how you would approach it.
