We are looking for an experienced business development professional, appointment setter, consultant, connector, or industry relationship manager who can help us secure meetings with decision-makers and business leaders. What We Need We are looking for someone who can generate qualified introductions and schedule meetings with: • Business Owners and Promoters • CEOs, CFOs, COOs and CXOs • Family-Owned Businesses • MSMEs and Mid-Market Companies • Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Infrastructure, Services and Other Growth Businesses • Companies looking for strategy consulting, performance improvement, transformation, finance advisory, or Virtual CFO support Responsibilities • Identify and connect with business decision-makers • Generate qualified leads and business opportunities • Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our leadership team • Leverage existing professional networks and relationships where applicable • Build referral channels and strategic partnerships • Support outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking activities • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and meeting schedules Ideal Candidate • Strong network of business owners, promoters, CXOs, or senior decision-makers • Experience in consulting, banking, financial services, corporate sales, B2B business development, executive search, or professional services • Ability to engage senior stakeholders professionally • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-driven and capable of working independently • Prior experience generating meetings for consulting, advisory, finance, technology, or professional services firms is highly preferred Compensation We are open to flexible engagement models, including: • Per qualified meeting • Monthly retainer + performance incentives • Commission-based arrangement • Long-term partnership model When applying, please share: • Relevant experience • Industries you work with • Types of decision-makers within your network • How you typically generate meetings and opportunities • Expected commercial model We are looking for professionals who can help create meaningful conversations with business leaders and build a long-term business development partnership.
