Appointment Setter / Cold Caller - Coffee Shop Partnerships (No Selling Required)

I'm looking for an experienced cold caller to contact independent coffee shop owners across the Greater Toronto Area. This is **not a sales role**. Coffee shop owners are **not being asked to purchase anything**. The objective is to introduce a new business partnership that provides coffee shops with an additional customer amenity and a new revenue stream at no cost to the café. ### Responsibilities * Call coffee shop owners or managers from a lead list that I provide. * Follow a simple call script. * Introduce the partnership opportunity. * Answer basic questions using a provided FAQ. * Identify interested businesses. * Schedule a follow-up call with me or collect the decision maker's contact information. * Record call outcomes and notes. ### We Provide * Lead list * Call script * Product overview * FAQ and objection handling guide * Training before calls begin ### Requirements * Previous B2B cold calling or appointment-setting experience. * Excellent spoken English. * Friendly, professional, and confident phone manner. * Comfortable speaking with business owners and managers. * Able to build rapport and keep conversations natural. ### Project Details * Short-term project * Approximately 100–300 outbound calls * Flexible schedule during Toronto business hours ### Success Looks Like I'm looking for someone who can: * Reach business owners or managers * Create genuine interest in the opportunity * Book qualified follow-up conversations * Maintain accurate notes for every call This is a relationship-building role rather than a hard-selling position. ### To Apply Please include: * A brief summary of your cold calling experience. * The types of businesses you've contacted previously. * Your availability to start. * A voice recording or sample call if available.
