Appointment Setter / Cold Caller for US Real Estate Lending (Long-Term)

I run a mortgage lending business in Texas and I'm hiring a cold caller to book Zoom appointments with real estate agents. Not selling anything on the call, you're scheduling a 15-minute meeting for me. Warm-ish calls What you'll do: Call 25–40 real estate agents per day from a prepared list (dialer + numbers provided) Follow a short, conversational script — book the Zoom, log the outcome Send confirmation texts and log notes in a shared Google Sheet Train on our AI practice simulator before you ever make a live call (you rehearse against an AI playing a tough agent — you'll be sharp before day one) You're a fit if you have: Decent-excellent spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence Thick skin and a short memory — you can hear "no" and dial the next number Quiet workspace, reliable internet, good headset(I will provide the phone service to dial on) Availability: You have the flexibility to call during US Central working hours(should take 2 hrs a day to do calls), Mon–Fri Pay: $3–6/hr depending on experience. Top performer gets more hours and a raise at 90 days.
