Appointment Setter (Cold Calling MedSpas โ€“ Demo Booking) We are hiring an experienced Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to book qualified demo calls with MedSpa owners and managers in the United States. We provide an AI receptionist system built for MedSpas to help them capture missed calls and increase appointment bookings. This is a cold outbound sales role focused on real conversations with business owners (not email outreach or admin work). ๐ŸŽฏ Responsibilities You will: - Cold call MedSpa businesses in the US (lead list provided) - Reach decision-makers (owners / managers) - Introduce a missed-call / front desk automation solution - Handle objections in real-time conversations - Book qualified demo appointments on our calendar - Log all call outcomes in a shared Google Sheet - Provide call recordings for quality review ๐Ÿ“ž Campaign Details - Industry: MedSpas (aesthetics, Botox, skincare, laser clinics) - Leads provided: 150 per campaign - Duration: 5โ€“7 days - Goal: Book qualified demo appointments (not just calls) โœ… What Counts as a Qualified Appointment A qualified appointment MUST meet ALL of the following: - Scheduled with a decision-maker (owner / manager / key staff) - Business is a MedSpa or aesthetic clinic - Business takes phone bookings or relies on inbound calls - Prospect shows at least mild interest in improving missed-call handling - A confirmed date & time is booked with valid contact details ๐Ÿง  Requirements - Intermediate level (1-2+ years cold calling / appointment setting experience preferred) - Proven experience speaking with business owners or decision-makers - Strong cold calling & objection handling skills - Fluent English (natural, conversational tone) - Experience in B2B / SMB outbound sales is a plus - Must have access to a dialer (JustCall / Aircall / CallHippo, etc.) - Able to work independently with minimal supervision ๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation - $250 per 150 MedSpa leads (5โ€“7 day campaign) - $30 per qualified demo that attends ๐Ÿ“Š What We Care About We are optimizing for quality, not call volume. Success is based on: - Conversations with decision-makers - Quality of booked appointments - Show-up rate of demos - Real objections and insights from calls ๐Ÿš€ Opportunity If performance is strong, this will become a long-term role with: - Larger lead volumes - Ongoing campaigns - Higher earning potential
